Synergest functions as a prebiotic using a blend of yeast derivatives from 3 specific strains of inactivated yeast fractions. Each strain is derived from a unique production process and combined into a complimentary blend. The selection process for the these strains was using Atomic Force Microscopy and Sing-molecule Force Spectroscopy to determine binding affinity and determine yeast structure in relation to function.
